‍Monterey Bay Rugby Association ("MBRA," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth rugby organization serving Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties, California. ‍MBRA serves youth athletes, and much of the information we collect about minors is provided by a parent or guardian through our registration and interest forms. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
